Koyo Studios offers multiple ways to make payments for your order. We accept major Credit/Debit cards and also Net Banking transactions. Your Debit/Credit card information remains confidential. Our trusted payment gateway (go cashfree) is compliant with the highest standards in the payment processing industry to make sure your personal information is safe.


Koyo Studios Shipping Terms and Conditions

These Shipping Terms and Conditions ("Conditions") set out the basis on which Koyo Studios and/or their affiliates provide parcel delivery services. The Conditions incorporate the Koyo’s Shipping Shipment Policy ("Policy") which set out the shipping requirements that are complied with, and together with the Conditions are referred to as the "Terms".

References to "we" or "us" in these Terms are to Koyo Studios and references to "you" in these Terms are to purchasers of parcel. References to "Shipment" and/or "Shipments" in these Terms shall mean the single package or parcel for delivery and references to "Shipping Label" in these Terms shall mean the label printed which records the ship method delivery selected and delivery details.

Services

  1. We will transport your parcels or packages in accordance with these Terms ("Services").
  2. We may sub-contract or delegate the Services or any of our obligations under these Terms.
  3. We reserve the right to cancel your Shipments in case of failure receiving the payment or in case of unavoidable circumstances which affect the public and services at large due to Natural or Human cause.

Delivery

  1. We shall deliver Shipments as instructed to addresses in those areas included on the coverage map in India.
  2. The order will be processed from our Masjid Bunder, Mumbai warehouse or any other such place where we keep our stock ready for dispatching based on the location of order received.
  3. If the named receiver at the address provided by you at time of delivery instructions is unable to accept delivery, we may deliver the Shipment to (a) any other person at the same or neighbouring address, or (b) a safe location at the named address as provided by the named receiver.
  4. We may use an electronic device to obtain proof of delivery and can rely on a printed copy of the same as evidence. Where we deliver to a different address, we will leave a delivery notification at the receiver's address with the details of the location to which we have delivered the Shipment.
  5. We may carry Shipments by any route using any means of transport and may use subcontractors or other agents.
  6. The standard delivery may take from 7 to 10 days from delivery. However, in situation which is outside control of us, due to human or natural reasons, the delivery may take a longer period.
  7. We shall not be liable in any circumstances for any delay, loss, damage to Shipments due to seizure or detention of Shipments in the course of transit by competent authorities.

Undeliverable Shipments

A Shipment shall be considered to be undeliverable if:

  1. The receiver's address is incomplete, illegible, incorrect or cannot be located;
  2. The receiver is not present, or fails or refuses to accept delivery or sign for delivery of any Shipment or we are unable to deliver to an alternative person;
  3. The Shipment is detained or is prohibited by a government authority from being transported.

There will be three delivery attempts at the provided address. We shall use reasonable efforts to deliver such Shipments to you but in case of failing attempts, we retain the right to return undeliverable Shipments at our warehouse.

 

Shipment Information and Charges

You will be required to provide certain information including your name and address of delivery. Koyo relies on such information to identify the ship methods available and whether such Shipment can be carried.

We may charge a nominal delivery fee on your order which will vary depending upon the place of delivery and the actual weight and volume of package.

 

Koyo’s Packaging Policy

All items are carefully packed at our warehouse to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the fragile items are packed safely with high quality bubble sheets to secure the package. Our products are wrapped and sealed with a tamper and weather proof material to ensure that you receive your order in safe and secure condition.

Shipments containing sharp objects will have cardboard applied around sharp edges and points to ensure they do not pierce packaging.

Shipments containing liquids will be wrapped and sealed to prevent leakage and surrounded with absorbent material to avoid breakage. Shipments containing glass will be marked "FRAGILE".

 

Dangerous goods

We do not agree to transport shipments containing hazardous material, dangerous goods prohibited goods, banned or restricted articles and goods not permitted by the applicable laws.

 

Exchange Policy

  1. No product is eligible for exchange or refund.
  2. Once the order has been placed, no cancellation or alterations will be allowed after 24 hours of placing such order.
  3. You can raise a claim if goods are delivered in damaged condition within 48 hours of delivery. We will process the claim only if you provide a video recording of un-packing the said shipment along with clear photographs.
  4. Upon receiving your request, we shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request and if the request is genuine, we will arrange for pick-up of the product through an assigned logistics service provider and upon the receipt and quality check of the returned product. It may take a minimum of [7-10] business days to process your request for return of product/s.
  5. Upon receipt of the returned product by us and successful completion of the quality check, if a defect or damage is confirmed on the returned products, we will replace the item and get it delivered to you. In case the goods are not available, store credit will be provided for the damaged goods which will be valid for the period of 6 months.
