All orders with in-stock items take two business days to process before heading out the door! Our shipping takes five to seven business days for most parts of India.

Occasionally, due to inventory restrictions, some items may ship after a fortnight but in this case, you will be notified within 24 hours of your order received. 

Our most orders ship from our Mumbai-based warehouse.

All orders will be sent with Delhivery. We occasionally use other partners when needed in an effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Our pieces are PERFECT for housewarmings, newlyweds, and festive gifts. Select “Add a gift note to your order” in your cart at checkout and we’ll include a customised message. 

We don’t want to spoil any surprises! Note that all items ship in a box with our logo. We never include pricing information with any of our products (gifts or otherwise!). We also offer gift packaging service for additional 350/- INR, you can select “Add Gift Packaging” in your cart at checkout. We also offer e gift cards in various denominations (5100/-, 11,000/-, 21,000/-) that you can buy on our website and directly email it to your gift recipient via our website. The e-gift cards have proven to be the most successful gifting solution according to our research.

You should have an order confirmation email with your order number in your inbox. Be sure to check your spam folder in case it ended up there. If you still can’t find it, let us know and we’ll help you out! When you reach out please be sure to include which city you’re shipping to and your email address so we can help find your order more efficiently.

We accept all major bank cards, Koyo Studios Gift Cards, Paytm and Google Pay. Our payment gateway partner is Razorpay. We do not offer cash on delivery service. All information remains confidential. Our trusted payment gateway (go cashfree) is compliant with the highest standards in the payment processing industry to ensure safety of your personal information.

You’re able to change your order within 24 hours via email to us on koyostudiosoffice@gmail.com. If it’s been longer than 24 hours, we are unable to guarantee any changes are able to be made. If the order is already processing with our warehouse, we’re unable to make further edits.

You’re able to cancel the order within 24 hours via an email to us on koyostudiosoffice@gmail.com . Your refund will be initiated on order cancellation within 24 hours. If it’s been longer than 24 hours, we are unable to refund your payment but we can offer you a credit note, subject to order cancellation within 48 hours or order placement. The credit note can be exercised on our website with avalidity of 90 days upon receipt.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our products. Barring in the case of receipt of product in a damaged state. You are requested to email us with proof of tampered packaging or defected/damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. Upon receipt of proof, Koyo Studios will make a detailed analysis of the case and inform you of the further steps. The exchange decisions are solely based on Koyo Studios' discretion.

It can take two to four business days for the shipping carrier to start moving a package or update the tracking information after it’s been handed off. During the holidays or other high volume periods, this can take up to 10 business days. We regularly monitor our shipments and communicate with our carrier partners in an effort to minimise this. Rest assured, your package will be on its way to you soon. If you don’t see any movement after 10 business days, please email us and we’ll look into it for you.
